A private practice in executive readiness

Built in the shadows.
Ready in the spotlight.

For leaders navigating significant transitions, succession, and high-stakes legacies.

We prepare leaders, successors, and stewards for the rooms that decide a legacy. Diagnostics, scenario rehearsal, written guides, and counsel when a situation calls for it.

01. Why we exist

The work that decides a leader happens before anyone is watching.

Most people spend their lives getting ready for their next move on the org chart. Almost nobody prepares for the pressure, the scrutiny, and the silent tests that decide who actually lasts.

EverLead IQ is not another leadership course. It is the place where you pressure-test your instincts and sharpen your edge before the spotlight hits. Built for leaders navigating significant transitions, succession, and high-stakes legacies.

04. Who this is for

Three audiences. Three paths.

05. Executive Guide Series

Three guides.
One complete leadership discipline.

Structural authority. Situational authority. Personal authority. The only executive resource that addresses all three, in the depth they deserve.

06. An illustrative path

How a leader might use the practice.

Consider an incoming chief executive of a family-controlled industrial group, Europe, approximately $1.4B turnover. Three siblings on the board. A father stepping back without stepping aside.

Over a quarter, a leader in this position might work through the Readiness Brief, the full Toolkit, and all three Executive Guides, then the LeadLab IQ scenarios as they open. The founder exit, the sibling negotiation, the first board meeting. Self-paced, in private, on their own terms.

No coaching relationship, no retainer. The materials do the work, and the leader walks into the room prepared.

Common questions.

For anything else, write to contact.

Is this just another leadership course?
No. EverLead IQ is a practice in executive readiness. Written guides, a private scenario simulator, and occasional counsel. It exists for leaders who want to pressure-test their instincts, not collect another certificate.
How do I get started?
Begin with the free Readiness Brief, a short document on the conditions that determine whether you're ready for the next room. From there, the Executive Guides and the Toolkit follow.
What does it cost?
The Readiness Brief is free. The Toolkit is $295 (an interactive diagnostic and a downloadable archetype workbook). The Executive Guides are $295 each (PDF, delivered by email). The Practice Library Bundle on the Vault is the all-in-one route. All three Guides plus the wider catalogue. LeadLab IQ is opening during the founding period; you can register your interest now. Private Counsel is by enquiry.
Who is behind the practice?
The practice is led by a small group of founders with senior careers in executive readiness, family enterprise, and decision-making under load. We do not publicise individual contributors. Our day work happens in confidence elsewhere, and the standard we hold here is the same. See About for the longer note.
What is the LeadLab IQ Simulator?
A private scenario environment where you rehearse succession crises, stakeholder politics, and career-defining decisions. The Founding Circle is now forming; public access is expected during the founding period. See LeadLab IQ and the sample scenario.
Do I need to be in a leadership role already?
No. The practice is built for emerging leaders as much as for serving executives. Anyone preparing to enter a room they have not yet earned access to.
A closing note

Don't just inherit the role. Own it.

EverLead IQ is for leaders who know their moment will come, and who plan to own it.
