A single institutional licence assigns access to named principals. Seats can be reassigned if a principal departs the family or the firm; please give the practice notice.
Each seat operates in a closed environment. Diagnostics, archetype results, and scenario debriefs are visible only to the named principal, never to the licensee, the family office, or the practice's wider catalogue.
Mutual non-disclosure is the default. The practice's standard institutional agreement is available for counsel review on first contact. Bespoke clauses are welcomed.
