The terms under which EverLead IQ offers its products and services, and the basis on which you access them.
These terms govern your access to and use of the EverLead IQ website at everleadiq.com and any products or services offered through it. By using the site, requesting the Readiness Brief, purchasing a product, or registering your interest in the Founding Circle, you accept these terms.
EverLead IQ is a trading name of Paratore Holtom Legacy Group Pty Ltd (ACN 691 639 559, ABN 28 691 639 559), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia, with its registered office at 81-83 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The practice offers a small set of products and services. Each is described on its own page on this site.
Prices for the Toolkit and Executive Guides are displayed on the relevant pages. Prices for premium downloadable products and bundles are displayed at checkout. LeadLab IQ Founding Circle access is by application during the founding-circle stage. Private Counsel is by enquiry.
Payments are processed by Stripe, an independent third party. EverLead IQ does not see or store your full payment card details. Any payment information you provide is handled under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
Downloadable products are delivered by email after successful payment. Most deliveries arrive within minutes. If a product does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder; if it still has not arrived, please write to us using the email address above and we will resend.
The Readiness Brief is delivered after you complete and confirm the signup form. Confirmation may take a few minutes depending on email delivery times.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once purchased.
If a delivery has failed and your order has not arrived, please write to support@everleadiq.com within seven days and we will resolve the issue. This position does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
All content on this site and within EverLead IQ's downloadable products, including text, frameworks, diagnostics, names, designs, and original photographs, is the intellectual property of EverLead IQ unless otherwise attributed.
When you purchase a downloadable product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own professional development or, where the product is purchased on behalf of a defined cohort of named individuals, for those named individuals' professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, white-label, or publicly republish the materials. Sharing privately with a coach, advisor, or mentor working with you is permitted; broadcasting to a wider audience is not.
If you wish to reference or quote any EverLead IQ material in your own work, brief, or article, please write to us. Reasonable quotation with attribution is usually welcomed.
You agree to use the site and the products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, to interfere with its operation, or to transmit any content that infringes the rights of others.
The information you provide through any form (name, email, role, the questions you answer) must be your own information given honestly. EverLead IQ may decline to provide a product or service where there is reason to believe a submission has been made fraudulently or in bad faith.
EverLead IQ's products and services are intended to support your own thinking and decision-making. They do not replace professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Outcomes from applying the material in a real-world situation will depend on your judgement, your context, and many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverLead IQ's total liability to you in any matter arising from your use of this site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the matter. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights that cannot be waived.
The practice relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. These include Stripe for payments, Mailchimp for email delivery, and a hosting provider for the website itself. Your interactions with these services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
EverLead IQ may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on this page or by email to subscribers. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where a different forum is required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
