EverLead IQ is a trading name of Paratore Holtom Legacy Group Pty Ltd (ACN 691 639 559, ABN 28 691 639 559), which is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered office is 81-83 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia. This privacy policy applies to the website at everleadiq.com and to any product or service offered through it. We collect a small amount of personal information, only what is needed to deliver the products and services you request.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
We use the information you give us only for the purposes you have given it for. Specifically:
The practice keeps email communications to a minimum. You may receive occasional notes from the practice when there is something material to share. You can unsubscribe from any list at any time.
The practice uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy and may store your information under its own terms.

When you submit a form on this site, the relevant data may be transferred to the United States, where the email or payment provider holds it. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data-export restrictions, this transfer is made under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
The website does not set any tracking cookies of its own. Forms embedded on the site may set a small number of functional cookies required for the form to operate (for example, to prevent automated spam submissions). These are not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
We do not use Google Analytics. If we adopt website analytics in future, we will use a privacy-respecting alternative (for example, Plausible or Fathom) that does not set cookies and does not require a cookie banner. This policy will be updated before that change is made.
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

We take reasonable care to protect your information. Our third-party processors (Stripe, Mailchimp) operate to industry security standards. The website itself is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment card details on our own systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority in line with applicable law.
EverLead IQ's products and services are intended for working professionals. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on this page or by email to subscribers.
